Okay I made this awhile ago when someone accused me of art theif and I found it in my downloads folder and so I posted it. Better late then never I guess.
Anyways for you people who think looking at a pose is the same as art theif then you are sadly mistaken. Tracing IS art theif. Altering IS art thief and reposting someone elses work IS art theif but just looking at a pose ISN'T art theif.
Heres why: About 4 or 5 months ago some of you may remeber that I got flamed by some people because they saw I looked at a pose from some other artist. All I had done is look at a pose and I was really scared of being banned for no reason. But =Callykitty made an overlayer on photoshop and proved to them that I did not steal. Also if you do happen to read the deviantART rules it does state that a pose CAN NOT be copyrighted. Seroiusly. Don't believe me then look it up.
Latly I've been seeing people getting bashed about this and it really pisses me off to see how the people that bash have all once in there life "looked at a pose before"
So yeah bash away if you disagree...
because I'll laugh.

If a same pose was art theft, then everybody who drew a character standing in a somewhat similar position would be "stealing" from the last person who did it, which makes 0 sense. Seriously.
